GateScoop is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
GateScoop strictly prohibits:
Users who violate these standards will have content removed, accounts suspended or permanently banned, and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement authorities.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns: Users can report content, messages, profiles, or behavior through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our Child Safety Team.

GateScoop reviews child safety reports promptly and takes appropriate action when violations are identified. GateScoop complies with applicable child safety laws and Google Play Child Safety Standards requirements.
GateScoop explicitly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses children. This policy applies to all users of GateScoop, including the GateScoop app on Google Play. Violations are reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement.

GateScoop provides an in-app mechanism to report child safety concerns. Use the report button on any post, comment, or user profile, or email us directly. GateScoop complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting obligations. We report CSAM and CSAE violations to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
The safety of all our community members, especially minors, is our highest priority. We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on GateScoop, in compliance with COPPA.
Parental Consent: Users under 18 should have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform.
Age Verification: We may request age verification if we have reason to believe a user is underage. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be immediately terminated.
The following are absolutely prohibited on the GateScoop platform and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement:
Content Moderation: We actively moderate content to ensure it's appropriate for our community, including younger members — no sexually explicit content, no graphic violence, no promotion of dangerous activities, and age-appropriate discussions of sensitive topics.
Privacy Protection: We encourage all users, especially minors, to not share personal identifying information, use pseudonyms rather than real names, not share location details, and be cautious about sharing photos.
For parents and guardians: We encourage you to discuss online safety with your children, monitor their online activity, and help them understand privacy settings. Parents can contact us to review their child's account activity, request account deletion, or report concerns. Email: gatescoopapp@gmail.com
For users under 18, we collect minimal personal information, do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising, provide parents with access to their child's data, honor deletion requests from parents, and do not require more information than necessary to use the platform.
How to Report: If you see content or behavior that endangers children: Use the report button on the content, email us immediately at gatescoopapp@gmail.com, and include as much detail as possible (URLs, usernames, descriptions).
Our Response: Child safety reports receive highest priority — immediate review, content removed and accounts suspended immediately if violation confirmed, report to NCMEC, cooperation with law enforcement, and preservation of evidence.
We work closely with law enforcement and child safety organizations. We report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to NCMEC and cooperate fully with investigations. We also participate in industry efforts to combat online child exploitation.
